The report also highlighted the progress of Project Jalsanjeevni, Worldline India’s water conservation initiative. The project created a water harvesting capacity of 70 crore litres, benefiting over 800 smallholder farmers in drought-prone regions by improving water access and supporting climate resilience.

Employee engagement remained a part of the company’s CSR activities, with over 250 employees participating in volunteering, mentorship and community outreach programmes during the year.

Worldline India said its programmes were implemented in partnership with organisations including EnAble India, Catalysts for Social Action, and Indivish Welfare Foundation.

Mr. Ramesh Narasimhan, CEO, Worldline India, said, “Our responsibility goes beyond enabling seamless payments—we are equally committed to ensuring our growth translates into meaningful social and environmental progress.”

The company also noted that its CSR initiatives received recognition at national CSR award platforms during the year.

Worldline India stated that it plans to further expand its inclusion programmes, employability initiatives and climate resilience efforts in the coming year, while continuing to align its CSR strategy with broader sustainability goals.
