Sia (Research & Art Director)

She oversees the Design and Research at TheCSRUniverse. She comes with a multi-disciplinary background of Management and Art History. Sia has worked extensively in the rural sector with the PAN Himalayan Grassroots Foundation – a women’s cooperative in Ranikhet, Uttarakhand, where she gained valuable experience in the area of women empowerment, sustainable development and environment conservation. A Masters in Management from NIFT as well as Art History from the prestigious National Museum Institute, Sia has travelled extensively to various part of the world to understand arts and aesthetics.
