  • Delegate Registration
    • Avail Early Bird Discount of 50% and Pay INR 1000 to Register Before August 15
    • Pay INR 2000 to Register from August 16
  • This registration is valid for 12 th of September 2024 for the offline event being organised at Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
  • Fee once paid, will not be refunded. However, registered delegates can nominate someone else on their behalf to attend the event. The confirmation has to be sent at least 3 days in advance to the event date (Sept 12) via email to entry@thecsruniverse.com or govind@thecsruniverse.com
  • The e-invoice/e-receipt will be sent to you in 15 working days post event. For invoice in favour of the organization name, please send an email to entry@thecsruniverse.com or govind@thecsruniverse.com with billing name, address and GST Number (If applicable).
  • In case, you are paying delegate participation fee via NEFT/RTGS, please send the details of the transaction with your name, designation, organisation name, mobile number at entry@thecsruniverse.com or govind@thecsruniverse.com
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you within 48-72 working hours of your registration. Please keep the screenshot of the payment success message from Razorpay/UPI or Bank Transfer Transaction Details safe with you for any confirmation purposes.
  • The name of the Speakers and Panellists on the event website and the brochure are based on their confirmation. In case, any speaker/panelist could not make it to the event, the organizing committee/organization cannot be held responsible.
  • In case the event could not be organized because of situations beyond control of the organizing committee, the fee will be refunded within 30-60 days. Our liability is limited to the refund of the fee in case of cancellation of the event.
  • You will be sent e-ticket details with QR code well in advance to the event date of 12 th September, 24.
  • Conference delegate registration covers attendance in all day sessions, access to exhibition area and use of common networking area. Food is included in the registration fee.

Award selection will have a multi-stage process to pick the best initiatives on Climate Action & Sustainability

Step 1

Nominations by corporates, not-for-profits (NGOs/Foundations), start-ups, individuals and TheCSRUniverse Editorial Team

Step 2

Scrutiny of entries by an internal expert panel (To ensure the entries forwarded to the next stage has all necessary basic details)

Step 3

Eligible entries will be evaluated by a jury panel comprising Climate Experts, renowned Academicians, Environment Experts & Policy enablers.

Each nomination will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Impact (Measurable positive outcomes on environmental, social, and economic factors.)
  • Sustainability (Long-term viability and alignment with sustainability principles.)
  • Scalability and Replicability (Potential for scaling or replication in other regions or contexts.)
  • Engagement and Collaboration (Involvement of stakeholders and evidence of partnerships that enhance the initiative's impact.)
  • Education and Awareness (Efforts to educate stakeholders and inspire sustainable practices.)

Mode of Nomination:

  • Applications accepted only via email only (Filled in Nomination form should be submitted via prescribed email ID mentioned in the nomination form itself)

Eligibility Criteria:

Who can apply?

  1. Timeframe:
    • Projects must have been conceptualised, initiated or completed during April 1, 2021 - September 30, 2024.
    • Projects started on or after October 1, 2024, are ineligible.
  2. Themes: Projects should align with one or more award categories listed for CASCA 2025.
  3. Impact: The project must demonstrate tangible outcomes for sustainability or climate action at local, national, or international levels.
  4. Applicant Eligibility:
    • Individuals or registered organizations (companies, start-ups, trusts, CSR foundations, government agencies or implementing partners).
    • One project/theme nomination per entity; however, multiple nominations for distinct categories are permitted.
    • An organisation is not allowed to make more than 3 entries (nominations)

No Nomination Fees: Making CASCA’25 accessible to all

As a matter of internal policy, we do NOT take any nomination fees for the award entries to make CASCA’25 more accessible. This step is aligned with our vision of being Conscious, Social, & Responsible (CSR). Our effort is to democratise the award process and bring opportunities for everyone to present their impactful work before our esteemed jury. With this decision, we also want to bring recognition to those who remain unrecognised despite their valuable contribution towards climate action & sustainability.
