Light of Life Trust Lists on BSE Social Stock Exchange
Mumbai, September 7, 2026: Light of Life Trust (LOLT), a not-for-profit organisation focused on education and poverty alleviation, has listed on the BSE Social Stock Exchange (SSE) to mobilise funding for the education and development of children from underserved communities.
As part of the listing, LOLT has undertaken a Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) Bond Issue of ₹1.27 crore to support 420 children in Bihar and Jharkhand. The issue comprises ZCZP instruments with a face value of ₹1,000 each, with applications starting from one instrument and in multiples thereof.
The SSE listing provides LOLT with a regulated platform to raise social-impact funding and enables individuals, institutions and organisations to contribute towards defined social outcomes. The framework also requires greater transparency and accountability in the mobilisation and utilisation of funds.
