3. What happens next

- We look into it and reply to you by email. We aim to do this as quickly as we can, and within the time the law allows.
- If we cannot solve it, we tell you why and what else you can do.
4. If you are still not happy
After you have raised your complaint with us, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India. The law asks you to complain to us first.
