New Delhi, May 26, 2026: McDonald’s India North and East has enabled employment opportunities for more than 1,500 young individuals across Delhi NCR through its “McDonald’s for Youth” initiative, aimed at supporting youth employability and workplace readiness.

Implemented in partnership with local NGOs and community organisations, the initiative has created employment pathways for young people across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. The programme primarily focuses on youth from underserved communities and aims to help participants secure entry into the formal workforce.

Under the initiative, participants receive structured training based on McDonald’s global learning curriculum. The training covers customer service, communication, restaurant operations, food safety and hygiene, teamwork, cash handling, and professional development.
