The partnership seeks to promote Kerala’s strengths, including its skilled workforce, educational institutions, digital readiness, and quality of life, to multinational corporations evaluating locations for technology and business operations.

Mr. Alouk Kumar, Founder & CEO, Inductus Group, said, “Kerala possesses many of the attributes that global organisations increasingly seek while evaluating locations for their Global Capability Centres (GCCs), including a highly skilled workforce, strong educational infrastructures & foundations, digital readiness, and a supportive business environment. Through this partnership with Infoparks Kerala, we look forward to strengthening awareness about the state's capabilities and enabling meaningful engagement between global enterprises and Kerala’s vast, evolving & growing tech-ecosystem.”

The MoU comes at a time when the GCC sector is expanding beyond traditional shared services into areas such as innovation, research, digital transformation, and advanced technology functions. Enterprises are increasingly looking for destinations that can offer talent availability, operational efficiency, infrastructure readiness, and scalability.

According to the partners, the collaboration will combine Infoparks Kerala’s ecosystem leadership and institutional support with Inductus Group’s expertise in GCC advisory, IT consulting, and investment facilitation. The initiative is expected to contribute to the growth of Kerala’s knowledge economy and strengthen its position as a destination for innovation-led investments.

The partnership also supports broader efforts to reinforce India’s role as a global GCC hub, with Kerala seeking to attract a larger share of future investments in the sector.
