Mumbai, May 22, 2026: Hinduja Foundation has announced the 2026 scholarship programme for Indian-origin students pursuing the MSc in MedTech Innovation & Entrepreneurship at King’s College London.
The scholarships are part of a wider partnership established in 2024 between Hinduja Foundation UK and King’s College London through the creation of the Hinduja King’s Health Partners’ Academy. The initiative supports research, innovation and training in healthcare technologies benefiting healthcare systems in both India and the UK.
The collaboration includes four-year PhD studentships in healthcare technologies at the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences, as well as one-year MSc scholarships in MedTech Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The partnership has also enabled nurses’ training, observerships and online leadership programmes at P.D. Hinduja Hospital through support from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
According to the announcement, three PhD scholars and two MSc scholars began their studies at King’s College London in October 2025, while one PhD scholar joined in February 2026. Applications are currently open for four additional PhD scholarships and five MSc scholarships for the 2026–27 academic year beginning in October 2026.
The five MSc scholarships for Indian citizens include one scholarship covering 80% of tuition fees and four scholarships covering 50% of tuition fees. Applications for the MSc programme will remain open until June 19, 2026.
The programme aims to provide Indian students with access to international research expertise, healthcare environments and innovation-focused learning opportunities to help address healthcare challenges in India and globally.

The scholarship initiative forms part of the Foundation’s broader focus on education, healthcare and research-led capacity building.
