Bengaluru, April 16, 2026: GPS Renewables has announced the appointment of Manan Domadia as Senior Vice President – Finance and Banking, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its clean energy expansion.
Domadia brings over 16 years of experience in finance and capital raising, with a strong focus on renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining GPS Renewables, he has worked with organisations such as THINK Gas Distribution Pvt. Ltd, IL&FS Financial Services (IFIN), and YES Bank.
With expertise in debt structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and treasury management, Domadia has been involved in delivering large-scale financing solutions. His experience also includes financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and executing end-to-end transactions, along with navigating regulatory frameworks in the energy sector.

Over the past decade, GPS Renewables has developed capabilities across technology, engineering, EPC, operations and maintenance, and project development. The company is currently developing biogas projects with a capital outlay approaching USD 1 billion and is expanding into alternative fuels such as sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
Its portfolio includes key projects such as Asia’s largest municipal solid waste-based compressed biogas (CBG) plant in Indore, the fastest-executed CBG plant in Barabanki, and an upcoming large-scale CBG complex in Kakinada. The company currently has over 30 operational or near-complete projects, with a pipeline of more than 200 CBG projects under development in partnership with oil marketing companies.
