Mumbai, June 11, 2026: Real estate developer Ascenta has launched a new audio-visual (AV) location film highlighting the growing connectivity between Mumbai and the emerging Mumbai 3.0 corridor across Maharashtra.
The video focuses on ongoing infrastructure developments that are reshaping connectivity across the region, including the Atal Setu, the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. According to the company, these projects are improving access between Mumbai and destinations such as Panvel, Khalapur, Karjat, and Pune.
Through scenic visuals, the film showcases changing lifestyle preferences among homebuyers and investors, with increasing interest in nature-led living, weekend homes, and plotted developments located outside traditional urban centres.
The AV also features Basalt Hills, Ascenta’s serviced plotted development in Khalapur, positioned within the Mumbai 3.0 growth corridor. The company said the project reflects growing demand for second homes and long-term real estate investment opportunities in emerging locations connected to Mumbai.
Commenting on the launch, Karan Bahl, Founder & Managing Director of Ascenta, said, “The idea behind the video was to showcase how connectivity is transforming the way people live, travel, and invest across Maharashtra. Mumbai 3.0 is not just about infrastructure growth but about creating new lifestyle destinations connected to the city like never before.”
Sharing his views on evolving buyer preferences, Adheip Bakshi, Co-founder & Sales Director of Ascenta, said, “Today’s buyers are looking beyond the city for better quality of life, open spaces, and long-term investment potential. The campaign reflects this evolving shift towards well-connected lifestyle destinations across the Mumbai 3.0 corridor.”
The company stated that the campaign aims to strengthen awareness around the Mumbai 3.0 growth story and highlight how improved infrastructure is influencing residential and investment choices across the region.
Mumbai 3.0 has emerged as a term associated with the next phase of urban expansion beyond Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, driven by large-scale infrastructure projects and increasing connectivity to surrounding districts. Developers and industry stakeholders have identified the corridor as a potential growth zone for residential, commercial, and lifestyle-focused developments.
