New Delhi, April 30, 2026: Maruti Suzuki India Limited reported that its employee volunteering initiative eParivartan contributed over 2,600 volunteer hours in FY 2025–26, impacting more than 8,700 individuals across various community-focused programmes.
According to the company, over 1,100 employees participated in more than 30 activities spanning healthcare, community support, education, and youth engagement.
Under the health and community care segment, employees took part in four blood donation drives organised across offices and manufacturing facilities. Volunteers also assembled wheelchairs from kits provided by the company, which were subsequently donated to shelter homes and care centres. Additional support included distributing food, medicines, dry ration, and essential supplies to residents, along with participating in companionship programmes for the elderly and underprivileged.
In the education and youth engagement category, employees conducted activities aimed at supporting children from underserved backgrounds. A key initiative included facilitating visits to the Manesar manufacturing facility, providing students with exposure to industrial operations and career possibilities.
Volunteers also engaged with specially-abled children through interactive sessions and art-based activities. Support for visually impaired students included learning assistance and distribution of Braille kits. Additionally, the ‘Wish Tree’ initiative enabled employees to fulfil the needs of over 300 students by providing school supplies, learning materials, and toys.
The initiative also included school infrastructure improvement efforts, with volunteers painting more than 1,400 square feet of wall space in government schools in Manesar and Gurugram.
