New Delhi, July 02, 2025: Shri Nanak Foundation has launched a new initiative titled “A Sensitive Beginning,” aimed at assisting senior citizens with income tax filing and other financial services. The initiative offers home-based support to help the elderly manage complex financial documentation with ease and dignity.

The services provided under the initiative include income tax return (ITR) filing at home, assistance with PAN and Aadhaar services, support for pension, TDS, refunds, and advance tax, as well as help accessing key documents such as Form 26AS and AIS. Both online and offline grievance redressal support is available.

“At Shri Nanak Foundation, we believe that dignity should never be compromised by complexity—especially when it comes to senior citizens navigating financial matters. ‘A Sensitive Beginning’ is our effort to bring empathy, convenience, and trust into the tax filing process. By offering home-based services and personalized support, we aim to empower our elders with the respect and care they truly deserve,” said Liril Bansal, Founder of Shri Nanak Foundation.

In addition to individual support for senior citizens, the Foundation also provides services related to GST, business and profession-based ITRs, property income, Aadhaar and PAN verification, and digital signature certificates.

The initiative is currently supported by a team of trained professionals and has already benefited more than 5,000 individuals. By delivering these services directly to people’s homes, the Foundation aims to foster a more inclusive and respectful financial ecosystem for the elderly.
