Mumbai, February 17, 2026: Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL), a listed Engineering, Procurement and Construction company specialising in power transmission infrastructure, has partnered with Project Veer, an initiative of the Veteran Second Innings Foundation, to create employment opportunities for Indian Armed Forces veterans across its project locations.

The collaboration aims to support veterans transitioning into civilian careers by providing structured roles aligned with their skills and experience. Many ex-servicemen face limited access to stable employment that reflects their disciplined work style and operational expertise. Through this initiative, Jyoti Structures seeks to address this gap by integrating veterans into project operations where their reliability and experience can add value.

As part of the programme, Jyoti Structures has onboarded four veterans into operational and administrative positions at active project sites. The roles include Supervisor – Stores at the Torrent project, Senior Security Officer at the Bhuj project, and administrative roles supporting employee engagement, welfare, leave management, HR, and site coordination.

Pragati Nagar, Head – HR, Jyoti Structures Limited, said, “This initiative is about creating meaningful opportunities for veterans as they begin their second careers. Their experience, discipline, and sense of responsibility are valuable on project sites where coordination and consistency are essential. At the same time, it allows us to offer them stable roles where they can continue to contribute productively.”

The company stated that this effort forms part of its broader approach to responsible workforce practices and community engagement. By including ex-servicemen within its workforce, Jyoti Structures aims to promote inclusive employment while recognising the contribution of the armed forces to the country.

The company plans to continue identifying suitable roles for veterans across its project locations as part of its ongoing hiring efforts.
