EquiRize Securities Launches Online Bond Platform for Retail and HNI Investors

New Delhi, May 08, 2026: EquiRize Securities has launched an Online Bond Platform Provider (OBPP), aimed at improving access to exchange-listed and rated bonds for retail and high net worth (HNI) investors in India.

The platform is designed to offer structured and regulated access to bond markets, with a focus on presenting key bond-related information in a single interface. It also highlights sustainability and green bond issuances in line with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines on ESG debt securities.

EquiRize Securities operates as a SEBI-registered OBPP and is a member of both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. The platform integrates regulatory disclosures in an accessible format to support informed decision-making.

The company has introduced features that present issuer-level fundamentals, credit quality assessments, and structural details such as security cover, covenant strength, and cash flow visibility, alongside standard bond data. The approach aims to provide investors with better tools to evaluate risk beyond yield-based comparisons.

In addition, the platform offers visibility into sustainability-linked bonds, presenting contextual information aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), without linking it directly to performance metrics.

Mr. Mohit Gupta, Co-founder, EquiRize Securities, said, "SDG alignment is structured filtration added to traditional analysis. Screening for regulatory risk, governance quality, supply chain resilience, demographic trends and policy direction helps investors make more informed decisions. It is simply a disciplined way to understand long term economic and values alignment."

The company is backed by investment firms including Vertex Ventures, Antler, Dezerv Innovation Fund, and Force Ventures. Its leadership team includes co-founders Mohit Gupta, Neha Juneja, and Ravinder Voomidisingh, with operations led by Imran Khan and Srilaxmi Deshmukh.

Nitin Sharma, Partner at Antler, said, "As a global investment institution, we have been fortunate to work with the EquiRize Securities team since their initial days, and believe this is a team driven by mission, integrity and customer orientation. A regulated OBPP like EquiRize can serve as a meaningful enabler for the broader bond investing market in India."

The launch comes amid increasing interest in fixed income investments, supported by evolving regulatory frameworks and growing investor participation in bond markets.
