New Delhi, February 03, 2026: Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced a strategic partnership between Ashiana Care Homes, Bhiwadi, and Epoch Elder Care to strengthen assisted living and specialised senior care services in India.
The collaboration brings together Ashiana’s experience in developing purpose-built senior living communities and Epoch Elder Care’s expertise in assisted living, dementia care, and evidence-based clinical operations. The partnership aims to address the growing need for structured and professional care for seniors managing progressive and chronic health conditions.
Under the agreement, Epoch Elder Care will assume full operational responsibility for Ashiana Care Homes in Bhiwadi. The facility will operate under Epoch’s clinical protocols and person-centred care model, ensuring residents receive personalised medical and non-medical support in a secure and supportive environment.
Commenting on the partnership, Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing Ltd., said, “Assisted living in India is evolving rapidly as the needs of seniors become more complex. When managing progressive or chronic health conditions, specialised care and support become essential. At Ashiana Care Homes, we offer assisted living solutions designed to provide seniors with a secure and nurturing environment. Our partnership with Epoch Elder Care strengthens our ability to deliver professional, compassionate, and clinically driven care, while staying true to Ashiana’s philosophy of dignity, independence, and community living for seniors.”
Neha Sinha, CEO and Co-founder, Epoch Elder Care, added, “We are thrilled to partner with Ashiana Housing, an organisation that shares our values of dignity and elder-centric design. This partnership reflects our commitment to building care environments that combine clinical rigour with a warm, residential setting. By bringing Epoch’s operational expertise to Ashiana Care Homes, we aim to enable seniors in Bhiwadi to experience an improved quality of life with the assurance of professional, continuous care.”
Ashiana Care Homes follows a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) model, integrating active living and assisted living within the same campus. This approach allows residents to transition seamlessly as their care needs evolve. The 48-bed Bhiwadi facility will now be operated by Epoch Elder Care, offering services for assisted living and chronic conditions, supported by structured medical protocols and engagement programmes.
The facility will provide specialised care for conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, mental health conditions, palliative care, and post-hospital recovery and rehabilitation. Medical infrastructure includes round-the-clock nursing staff, emergency preparedness systems, and established healthcare tie-ups, along with access to specialists across multiple disciplines.
With this collaboration, Ashiana Housing and Epoch Elder Care aim to strengthen the assisted living ecosystem in India by combining residential infrastructure with long-term, person-centric care solutions tailored to the needs of the country’s ageing population.
