Gujarat, October 11, 2025: Advait Greenergy Private Limited, part of the Advait Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference held in Mehsana. The agreement marks a major step toward advancing Gujarat’s renewable energy infrastructure and accelerating the state’s clean energy transition.
Under the MoU, Advait Greenergy has committed to investments and project developments worth ₹1,400 crore across a diversified green energy portfolio. The proposed projects include setting up Electrolyser and Fuel Cell manufacturing units, Emergency Restoration System (ERS) facilities, and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects for utilities under the Government of India’s Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).
Collectively, these initiatives are expected to strengthen Gujarat’s renewable capacity, modernize its power distribution network, and generate significant employment opportunities across the state.
Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Rutvi Sheth, Director, Advait Greenergy, said, “This MoU represents a milestone in our journey toward sustainable energy solutions. By investing in advanced power infrastructure and green hydrogen manufacturing, we aim to strengthen Gujarat’s position as a leader in clean energy and contribute to India’s renewable future.”
Advait Greenergy’s latest investments reflect its strategic commitment to promoting green hydrogen and power sector innovation. The company’s planned Electrolyser and Fuel Cell manufacturing units will contribute to India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission by enhancing domestic manufacturing capacity and reducing dependence on imported clean energy technologies.
In addition to industrial expansion, the new ERS and EPC projects are aimed at supporting critical grid infrastructure and ensuring energy resilience. The ERS systems will enable rapid power restoration during outages, bolstering electricity reliability for utilities and communities alike.
Advait Greenergy is also spearheading one of India’s largest Green Hydrogen projects in collaboration with a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in Uttarakhand. This initiative integrates advanced electrolyser and fuel cell technologies to produce clean hydrogen for industrial and mobility applications.
Driven by its mission to make sustainable energy affordable and accessible, Advait Greenergy continues to expand its footprint across India’s energy transition landscape. The company’s focus on innovation, technology, and environmental responsibility aligns with Gujarat’s long-term goal of becoming a leading hub for renewable energy and green manufacturing.
