Gurugram, 24 June 2026: The Suman Nirmal Minda School (TSNMS), a flagship CSR initiative supported by Uno Minda, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ahmedabad Rural Police Department to facilitate quality educational opportunities for children of police personnel.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Gaurav Kumar, Head of CSR and Director, The Suman Nirmal Minda School, and Shri Tapan Dodiya, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DYSP), Ahmedabad Rural Police Department.
The partnership directly addresses a recurring challenge faced by police families — frequent transfers and relocations that often interrupt children's schooling. Under the agreement, TSNMS will support admission facilitation and provide access to a learning environment that enables students to continue their academic journey with minimal disruption.

Shri Tapan Dodiya, DYSP, Ahmedabad Rural Police Department, welcomed the initiative, noting that collaborations of this nature play a vital role in ensuring children of police personnel receive uninterrupted access to quality education despite the demanding nature of the profession.
TSNMS has maintained a consistent focus on educational inclusion, with emphasis on empowering the girl child and supporting students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. In addition to academics, the school offers holistic development through sports, leadership programmes, life skills, innovation and values-based learning.
