Gurgaon, August 24, 2026: TP (formerly known as Teleperformance), a global digital business services company, has completed 25 years of operations in India, while securing its 13th Great Place to Work® certification and expanding its workforce to more than 90,000 employees across 44 delivery centres.
Since entering India in 2001, TP has expanded from customer experience management and business process outsourcing to technology and transformation-led services. From India, the company now supports more than 200 global clients across 22+ languages and is targeting double-digit year-on-year growth by scaling its existing operations and expanding its role in AI-powered customer experience (CX) and digital business transformation.
TP’s India operations serve clients across sectors including travel and hospitality, healthcare, retail and ecommerce, banking and finance, technology, telecom and utilities. The company combines human expertise with AI and other technologies to provide CX, back-office and transformation services.
The company has also expanded its delivery footprint, with new centres opened in Mumbai, Chennai and Indore in 2025. In 2026, TP is focusing on scaling existing sites and expanding into both metro and non-metro locations, including Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, Mohali, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
Commenting on the milestone, Maneesh Daga, Country Head, TP in India, said, “A quarter of a century ago, TP began operations in India. This milestone is more than a number, it is a testament to the resilience of our teams, the trust of our clients, and the evolution of an industry. What began as a scale and efficiency play has become one of India’s defining service sector success stories. Today, we deliver outcome-based, AI-powered customer experience for global brands, and we are equally proud of building one of the country’s great places to work. The next 25 years will be defined by what our people and our technology achieve together.”
TP said its India operations represent the largest multicultural team within the wider TP Group. The company is also advancing its AI capabilities as the services industry shifts towards AI-enabled, personalised and outcome-based business models.
As it completes 25 years in India, TP plans to continue expanding its geographic presence, strengthening its AI and technology capabilities, and developing the workforce needed to support the changing requirements of global enterprises.
