Mumbai, June 22, 2026: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. has been included in the 2026 S&P Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index, a global benchmark that recognizes companies for their performance on sustainability-related parameters.
The inclusion places Sun Pharma among a select group of companies identified through the S&P Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices methodology, which evaluates corporate performance on material sustainability issues across industries. According to the company, nearly 2,500 companies worldwide were assessed based on the S&P Global Broad Market Index, with around 317 companies, including 25 from India, qualifying for the 2026 index.
