Hyderabad, August 29, 2025: Sumadhura Foundation, the CSR arm of Sumadhura Group, has announced the launch of its flagship educational initiative, Sumadhura Nirman Shatha Shatham, aimed at transforming the quality of education and ensuring equal learning opportunities for government school children in Telangana.
The program, implemented in collaboration with Vandemataram Foundation and the Department of School Education, Government of Telangana, will be rolled out across 25 government schools in 12 districts, reaching over 7,000 students from Grades 8 to 10. It is designed to run initially for one year with the vision of extending support for up to ten years, targeting a 100% pass rate.
The initiative combines academic support, scholarship opportunities, and career guidance. Students will receive study materials, exam preparation guides, and volunteer support. The Foundation will also facilitate scholarships for deserving students in reputed institutions and plans to introduce a dedicated Sumadhura Scholarship Program to support higher education. The program emphasizes peer-to-peer learning, collaborative activities, and regular progress monitoring.

This is also Vandemataram Foundation’s first major program focused on high school students. Speaking at the launch, Mr. Ravinder Rao, Founder, Vandemataram Foundation, said, “We are delighted to have Sumadhura Foundation join us in the noble mission of ‘Sumadhura Nirman Shatha Shatham’. Beyond academics, the program seeks to strengthen connections between teachers, students, and parents, particularly in rural areas, and raise awareness among parents about the importance of education.
