Mathura, December 10, 2025: Streax Professional, the professional division of Hygienic Research Institute Pvt. Ltd. (HRIPL), has strengthened its Knowledge Partnership with Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI (Skill Enterprise Development Institute) to advance skill development for young women in the beauty and wellness sector. The collaboration was reinforced during a two-day visit by Mrs. Rochelle Chhabra, Head – Streax Professional, on December 1–2, 2025.

The visit marked the inauguration of the newly established Assistant Beauty Therapist (ABT) Lab, designed under Streax Professional’s technical guidance to simulate real-world salon environments. The new lab is expected to enhance hands-on learning and improve industry readiness for trainees. Rochelle reviewed the facility, interacted with trainees and alumni, and offered recommendations to strengthen practical training infrastructure.

Speaking with trainees, she addressed questions on techniques, product use and emerging trends. Highlighting the objective of the partnership, she said, “At Streax Professional, we believe skill is the foundation of confidence, independence, and lifelong opportunity. Our partnership with Krishnashray Gurukul is not just about technical education—it is about unlocking careers, shaping futures, and giving young women the chance to thrive in an industry that is evolving every day. The passion and determination I witnessed among the trainees truly reaffirm our belief in the power of skill development.”

As part of the strengthened collaboration, the company announced that top performers from each batch will receive an exclusive three-day specialised training at Streax Professional Academies in Delhi or Mumbai. A formal MoU is also planned to reinforce the Knowledge Partnership and support long-term skill-building initiatives at the institute.

Krishnashray Foundation representatives welcomed the expansion, noting the impact on both students and faculty. They stated, “We are honored to have Streax Professional as our Knowledge Partner. Mrs. Rochelle Chhabra’s visit brought immense inspiration to both students and faculty. Her strategic guidance and the initiatives announced will significantly elevate the quality of training and expand career opportunities for our trainees. This partnership strengthens our mission of enabling dignified livelihoods through skill and self-reliance.”

Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI, which began as a small sewing school, has evolved into a structured skill development centre serving youth across a 60-km radius, supported by partners such as USHA, ICA and the Ambuja Cement Foundation. The institute now focuses on building employability and self-reliance through practical, industry-linked training programmes. HRIPL, parent company of Streax Professional, brings more than six decades of expertise in beauty and personal care to the partnership.

The strengthened collaboration aims to equip more young women with market-relevant skills, improve career pathways and contribute to the growing demand for trained professionals in India’s beauty and wellness industry.
