Shikhar Dhawan Foundation and HMD Expand Digital Shiksha Across 10 Delhi Government Schools

New Delhi, June 09, 2026: The Shikhar Dhawan Foundation (SDF), the philanthropic arm of Da One Group, with CSR support from Human Mobile Devices (HMD), is expanding its flagship Digital Shiksha initiative through a rollout across 10 government schools in Delhi over the next six months. The initiative is expected to reach more than 20,000 students and over 800 educators.

Guided by the vision of Arjuna Awardee and India cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, the programme builds on Da One Group's partnership with the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, to support the integration of digital learning across government schools in the capital.

Digital Shiksha transforms classrooms through the installation of Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), HMD smartphones, and a licensed K–12 digital curriculum aimed at creating a more engaging and visual learning experience. The initiative provides educators with structured digital tools while helping students understand concepts across subjects such as science, mathematics, and languages. It is currently active across 25-plus schools and impacts more than 20,000 students nationwide.
