Mumbai, May 16, 2025: As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, SBI Securities has contributed ₹49 lakh to strengthen eye care services in Odisha and West Bengal, in collaboration with Sightsavers India under the “Netra Vasant – Rural Eye Health Programme.”
The initiative aims to enhance healthcare infrastructure in the region by equipping District Hospitals and NGO-run hospitals with critical medical equipment for their Eye Outpatient Departments (OPDs) and Operation Theatres (OTs). These upgrades are intended to improve access to timely and quality eye care, particularly for underserved communities.

The collaboration focuses on enhancing the capacity of existing health institutions to provide eye care in targeted districts.
