Launched in India in 2022, the Samsung Innovation Campus aims to expand access to future-ready technology education among youth. The programme integrates technical training with soft skills development and placement support, preparing participants for employment opportunities in the evolving digital economy.

"India's economic ambitions in the technology sector will ultimately be defined by how many young people are equipped with the right skills at the right time. These students from Samsung Innovation Campus represent a clear commitment to ensuring that Uttar Pradesh's young talent participates in, and shapes, the global digital economy. With this programme, we are building a talent pipeline for the long run," said Shubham Mukherjee, Head, CSR & Corporate Communications, Samsung Southwest Asia.

"Universities today cannot afford to be spectators as the world of work is being restructured around automation and digital intelligence. Our partnership with Samsung Innovation Campus is a direct response to that reality, giving our students not just knowledge but the applied capabilities that employers are actively seeking. I congratulate this graduating cohort and commend Samsung for making this investment in Uttar Pradesh's future," said Shri Yogendra Upadhyaya, Hon’ble Minister of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The programme has recorded approximately 45% participation from women at the national level, reflecting a focus on inclusivity in technology education. It is implemented in collaboration with the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) and the Telecom Sector Skills Council (TSSC) through accredited training partners.

Samsung aims to train 20,000 youth across India through the initiative, further strengthening the country’s digital skilling ecosystem alongside programmes such as Samsung Solve for Tomorrow and Samsung DOST.
