Bengaluru, October 15, 2026: Quest Global Engineering Services Limited and the National Power Training Institute (NPTI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a specialised Integrated Asset Performance Engineering (IAPE) course for oil and gas engineers. The three-month programme is scheduled to begin in the first week of November 2026.

The course aims to equip engineering graduates with industry-relevant skills and practical knowledge through a curriculum co-designed by industry and academia. It will be delivered at NPTI’s Alappuzha campus and focus on technical competencies required in oil and gas operations.

The programme will cover maintenance, reliability and integrity of static and rotating equipment, with an emphasis on preparing participants for technical roles in the sector.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree and have secured a minimum of 60% marks throughout their academic studies. According to the programme details, candidates will first be selected by Quest Global before undertaking the specialised training curriculum. This selection process is intended to align training with business requirements and technical role expectations.

NPTI is a training and skill development institution serving the energy sector. Through the collaboration, the two organisations aim to strengthen technical preparedness among engineers and support skill development in core engineering domains relevant to the oil and gas industry.
