MetLife Appoints Dimple Kaloya as MGCC Chief HR Officer

India | September 29, 2026: MetLife has appointed Dimple Kaloya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of MetLife Global Capability Center (MGCC), where she will lead the people strategy for the organisation.

In her new role, Dimple will focus on talent, organisational capabilities and employee experience as MGCC continues to expand its role as a strategic partner to MetLife globally.

Her extensive experience in shaping people strategies and leading organizational transformation will be valuable as the MGCC continues to build future-ready capabilities and strengthen its role in delivering strategic value to MetLife globally. We look forward to her leadership in shaping the next phase of our people agenda,” said Ashish K. Srivastava, Managing Director at the MGCC.

Dimple brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources and organisational transformation, with expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development and employee experience. She joins MetLife from HSBC, where she held senior HR leadership positions and most recently served as Head of Human Resources for Global Capability Network & HSBC Technology Centers.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University and has completed the CHRO Program from Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Established in 2007, MGCC has expanded from shared services operations in Noida and Jaipur to a strategic enterprise capability centre with a presence across four locations in India. Its expansion into Hyderabad and Pune through technology hubs has broadened its scope to include integrated technology capabilities alongside operations and shared services.

MGCC teams currently provide services and solutions spanning operations, finance, technology, data and AI.
