Maharashtra’s Mantralaya Goes Fully Digital with DigiPravesh Visitor System

Mumbai, July 28, 2025: Maharashtra’s Mantralaya is set to transition entirely to a digital visitor management system starting August 1, phasing out traditional paper-based entry passes. The move, announced earlier this year, will be powered by DigiPravesh, an Aadhaar-verified identity management platform developed by Secutech Automation.

DigiPravesh aims to streamline public access and enhance security at government buildings by introducing features such as facial verification, QR-code-based access, and appointment scheduling. The system, which has already been piloted at Mantralaya, has demonstrated measurable impact — reducing visitor waiting times from three hours to three minutes and completing face ID check-ins in under 10 seconds. One-time registration through the app allows repeat access across facilities.

“DigiPravesh was built to solve real and everyday challenges in public infrastructure, from making access more secure and efficient to creating a citizen-friendly experience at scale,” said Aditya Prabhu, CEO of Secutech. “We are proud to support this transformation with a solution that is made in India, built for India, and ready to scale wherever public access needs to be reimagined.”

The DigiPravesh initiative is aligned with the government’s broader vision of digital governance and modernization of public infrastructure. With its modular design and integration capabilities, the platform serves as a model for secure access systems in other government and public institutions.
