K J Somaiya Institute of Management Signs MoU with GRAAM

Mumbai, August 10, 2026: K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GRAAM (Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement) to strengthen collaboration in academic research, public policy and social impact.

GRAAM is an independent public policy think tank working on research, governance and community development. Under the partnership, the two institutions will collaborate on joint research, student internships, faculty engagement and capacity-building programmes, combining KJSIM’s academic and leadership expertise with GRAAM’s experience in grassroots development and public policy.

The collaboration will cover joint research and publications in development and public policy, faculty exchange and collaborative knowledge creation. The partnership will also explore consultancy assignments related to governance and social development.

For students, the MoU will provide opportunities for internships and hands-on field exposure, along with new Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) courses. The initiatives are intended to strengthen knowledge exchange and provide students and faculty with greater exposure to real-world social and development challenges.
