New Delhi, December 04, 2025: Infosys has expanded its digital learning platform, Infosys Springboard, by integrating AWS Skill Builder, Amazon Web Services’ flagship training and learning platform. The collaboration aims to strengthen AI-first skilling and equip learners with essential digital capabilities needed in an increasingly technology-driven global economy.

The integration enables access to hands-on learning modules across Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity and Generative AI. Infosys stated that this move supports its ESG commitment to democratise digital education by providing free learning pathways for students, educators, underserved communities and lifelong learners worldwide.

AWS Skill Builder enhances the learning experience through structured learning plans, immersive labs and generative AI-powered simulations such as AWS SimuLearn. It also includes game-based training options like AWS CloudQuest and AWS Jam Journeys to help users develop practical cloud and AI skills. The collaboration places particular emphasis on supporting women and underrepresented groups in technology.

Infosys has already reached 13.3 million people through its digital skilling programmes. With the expansion of Springboard, the company aims to extend digital education to more than 18 million learners—including students, educators, employees and clients—and create employment opportunities for over 500,000 individuals.
