New Delhi, April 10, 2026: The Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT) has launched “AI Skills House,” a national-level AI Foundation Programme aimed at equipping students, professionals, developers, and creators with practical artificial intelligence skills. The initiative is being offered free of cost to promote wider access to AI education and strengthen India’s digital talent ecosystem.

The programme comes at a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming industries and redefining career pathways. Through this initiative, IICT seeks to democratise access to foundational AI learning by providing hands-on, experiential training that bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.

Designed as a practical learning platform, “AI Skills House” focuses on enabling participants to understand core AI concepts while applying them through real-world projects and problem-solving exercises. The curriculum emphasises learning by doing, allowing participants to build, test, and experiment with AI-driven solutions.

The programme is open to a wide audience, including students exploring career opportunities in emerging technologies, working professionals seeking to upskill, developers aiming to deepen technical expertise, and creators interested in integrating AI into their work. This inclusive approach is intended to foster innovation and expand the adoption of AI across diverse sectors.

With a strong focus on future-ready skills, the initiative aligns with the growing need for an AI-enabled workforce in India. By combining theoretical understanding with practical exposure, the programme aims to prepare participants to navigate evolving industry demands and contribute to the country’s digital transformation.

While the programme is being offered free of cost, IICT has indicated that seats are limited, and registrations are expected to close soon due to high demand. The launch of “AI Skills House” reflects IICT’s continued efforts to strengthen India’s creative and technology ecosystem by empowering individuals with relevant and accessible AI education.
