Noida, August 01, 2025: IDEMIA, a global leader in identity and security solutions, is contributing to youth empowerment in India through the IDEMIA Skill Program. Launched under the IDEMIA India Foundation, the initiative is designed to equip underprivileged youth with relevant technical and soft skills to help them navigate the digital economy with confidence and purpose.
The program provides a comprehensive, industry-aligned curriculum co-developed with experts in fields such as digital technologies, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Participants are trained within a real corporate setting at The IDEMIA Tower, where they gain hands-on exposure and insights into professional etiquette, communication, and teamwork.
“Access to opportunity is the first step toward true inclusion,” said Manisha Dubey, Head of IDEMIA India Foundation and VP – Marketing Communications & Brand at IDEMIA. “Through the IDEMIA Skill Program, we’re not just addressing the skills gap, we’re unlocking potential, building confidence, and helping youth shape their own future with dignity.”
The initiative also features active involvement from IDEMIA employees, who volunteer their time as mentors. Participants benefit from mock interviews, assessments, and personalized career guidance, helping them transition into the workforce with preparedness and professionalism.
With a placement success rate exceeding 90%, the program has enabled numerous first-generation learners to secure meaningful employment. Notably, over half of the enrolled students are women, many of whom have secured roles as data analysts and cybersecurity professionals.
By focusing on both employment and empowerment, the IDEMIA Skill Program represents a commitment to social impact and inclusion. It seeks to bridge the digital and economic divide by creating pathways for young people to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
IDEMIA India Foundation is the CSR arm of IDEMIA, which aims to create a secure and trusted environment for sustainable socio-economic development.
