New Delhi, June 10, 2025: FINDI Ltd (ASX: FND), as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, has reached more than 64,000 individuals through its financial literacy initiatives focused on underserved communities and students in Delhi NCR. The programs aimed to raise awareness around budgeting, saving, and responsible financial behavior.
FINDI implemented a two-fold approach. First, it organized interactive street plays (Nukkad Nataks) across 190+ locations including Bhalswa, Sangam Vihar, and Govindpuri. These plays, which covered everyday financial themes such as scams and insurance, were followed by Q&A sessions and leaflet distribution, reaching over 38,000 residents. .jpeg.jpeg)
Second, in collaboration with 16 schools, FINDI conducted multiple-choice-based financial literacy assessments for students of classes 9 to 12. The content was aligned with the CBSE curriculum and aimed at improving financial understanding among youth. Over 26,000 students participated, with top performers receiving e-certificates.
The programs were carried out in partnership with Gali Pathshala, a women-led NGO. Content was developed in regional languages with the involvement of local volunteers and educators, enhancing community participation and understanding.
Deepak Verma, Managing Director & CEO, FINDI Ltd, said, “At FINDI, financial inclusion is not just a business objective but it’s a shared responsibility. We believe that knowledge is power, and through these initiatives, we are putting that power into the hands of everyday citizens. From the streets of Sangam Vihar to classrooms across Delhi NCR, we are enabling people to make better financial decisions, build trust in formal systems, and move confidently toward a more secure future.”
FINDI emphasized the urgency of the initiative in light of statistics such as 76% of Indian households lacking banking access and rising fraud due to digital illiteracy. With plans to scale the program to other regions, FINDI aims to support a financially aware and resilient India.
