New Delhi, January 20, 2026: Eternal Limited has been ranked among the top five companies globally in the Restaurant and Leisure Facilities (REX) sector in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2025. The ranking places Eternal Limited in the top tier out of 158 peer companies assessed worldwide.

The S&P Global CSA is regarded as one of the most comprehensive and credible benchmarks for evaluating corporate sustainability performance. It assesses how effectively companies manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks, opportunities, and impacts relative to industry peers, and is widely used by global investors to track year-on-year ESG progress.

Eternal Limited achieved a score of 72 out of 100 in the 2025 assessment, reflecting a 31 percent improvement from its previous year’s score of 55. This performance places the company in the 98th percentile of its global peer group within the REX sector. The year-on-year improvement was primarily driven by strong gains in Social performance, which increased by 64 percent, and Governance performance, which improved by 25 percent, while maintaining consistency in its Environment score.

The results highlight the company’s progress in strengthening workplace practices, stakeholder engagement, and governance frameworks, alongside sustained efforts to manage environmental impacts across its operations.

Anjalli Ravi Kumar, Chief Sustainability Officer, Eternal Limited, said, “Securing a top-five global position this year reinforces what we've always believed: sustainability isn't separate from business strategy, it is business strategy. As ESG becomes central to long-term value creation, we're building the capabilities and culture to not just meet standards, but to help set them. This recognition validates our direction and strengthens our resolve to lead responsibly.”

The latest CSA ranking underscores Eternal Limited’s growing emphasis on integrating sustainability into core business decision-making and long-term value creation. The company continues to align its ESG initiatives with global benchmarks, focusing on responsible governance, social impact, and consistent environmental performance across its operations.

With its improved standing in the S&P Global CSA 2025, Eternal Limited joins a small group of global leaders in the REX sector recognised for advancing sustainability practices at scale, reinforcing its position among the top-performing companies worldwide in ESG performance.
