Dubai, August 25, 2025: Wockhardt Executive Director and CEO of Wockhardt Foundation, Dr. Huzaifa Khorakiwala, will launch the ‘I Am Peacekeeper Movement’ on September 4, 2025, in Dubai. The event will also serve as a curtain raiser for the “Billionaires for Peace Conclave,” scheduled for February 1, 2026, and will unveil twelve initiatives aimed at advancing peace, social inclusion, and global cooperation.
The launch will feature seven distinguished chief guests, including Nobel Peace Laureates Dr. Asle Toje, Professor Mohan Munasinghe, and Ms. Ouided Hédi Bouchamaoui, along with UAE dignitaries His Excellency Sheikh Awad Mohammed bin Sheikh Mejren and His Excellency Khalid Ghanem Al Ghaith. Other guests include Dr. Siddeek Ahmed, Chairman and MD of Eram Group, and Mr. Temjen Imna Along, Minister of Tourism & Higher Education, Government of Nagaland, India.
Dr. Khorakiwala, founder of the movement, said, “The launch of the I Am Peacekeeper Movement is a step toward building a more compassionate and unified world. In times of growing division and global uncertainty, there is an urgent need for collective efforts rooted in empathy, justice, and cooperation. These initiatives reflect our commitment to empowering individuals to become agents of peace, both within themselves and their communities. Key initiatives include the expansion of the movement, which has nearly two million global supporters, the release of the I Am Peacekeeper Charter promoting compassion and equity, and the launch of the IAPM International Directors Structure for unified global governance.
Since its inception in 2011, the movement has mobilized supporters worldwide through digital campaigns, educational programs, and humanitarian collaborations. The Dubai event is expected to strengthen coordination and broaden the reach of its peacebuilding efforts.
