New Delhi, January 20, 2026: DCGpac, a B2B packaging and procurement solutions company, has inaugurated its first Smart Manufacturing Plant in Noida, marking a significant step in its strategy to build a sustainable, technology-led, and globally integrated packaging ecosystem.

Spread across 20,000 sq. ft., the facility began production on January 18, 2026, with an initial capacity of 250 tonnes per month and provisions for rapid scale-up. The plant represents DCGpac’s move towards backward integration, enabling greater control over raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality assurance, fulfilment, and global distribution.

The facility has been established under a five-year strategic partnership with UKHI, a global material science company that has developed 100% biodegradable and compostable raw materials. This collaboration supports DCGpac’s focus on manufacturing sustainable, export-grade packaging solutions.

The Noida plant will cater to sectors including eCommerce, quick commerce, logistics, retail, and D2C brands, serving customers across India, the UK, Germany, Australia, and the Middle East. Equipped with advanced extrusion, printing, sealing, and finishing machinery, the unit also houses an in-house Quality Control laboratory to ensure regulatory compliance and consistent product performance for global markets.

DCGpac stated that the new manufacturing facility is designed to complement, not replace, its existing vendor and manufacturing partner ecosystem. The initiative is intended to enhance innovation speed, ensure consistent quality, and strengthen support for global customers, while maintaining close collaboration with partners across India and overseas.

With this launch, DCGpac has completed its vertical integration framework covering sustainable raw material sourcing, manufacturing, quality assurance, fulfilment, international shipping, and its AI-powered ProPac platform. The integration is further supported by RePac, the company’s circular economy initiative focused on recycling and reuse of packaging materials.

Speaking on the occasion, Suresh Bansal, Founder, DCGpac, said, “This manufacturing facility is a strategic milestone in our long-term vision of building a global, sustainability-first packaging ecosystem. Our partnership with UKHI and our backward integration into manufacturing allows us to control quality, scale faster, and deliver truly sustainable solutions to customers worldwide. We are not just building a factory; we are building future-ready supply chain infrastructure for the next generation of global commerce.”

Looking ahead, DCGpac plans to develop a network of Smart Manufacturing Facilities under its Smart Manufacturing Model over the next five years. The combined investment by DCGpac and its partners is expected to exceed ₹100 crore, aimed at creating a distributed and resilient manufacturing ecosystem to meet growing domestic and international demand.
