Coca-Cola India, Invest UP Sign MoU for Community and Environmental Initiatives

New Delhi, April 25, 2026: Coca-Cola India Pvt Ltd has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Invest UP, Government of Uttar Pradesh, to advance community development and environmental initiatives across the state.

The collaboration will focus on key areas such as water access, waste management, recycling systems, and livelihood generation. It aims to develop on-ground solutions including water infrastructure, improved waste collection mechanisms, and skill-building opportunities for local communities, particularly in high-footfall tourism locations.

The MoU was exchanged in the presence of Vijay Kiran Anand, CEO, Invest UP, along with representatives from SLMG Beverages Pvt Ltd and Coca-Cola India.

Under the partnership, both parties will work towards strengthening environmental infrastructure while enhancing visitor experience and supporting long-term, community-led development outcomes.

Speaking on the occasion, Vijay Kiran Anand, CEO, Invest UP, said, “This partnership reflects our focus on integrating environmental solutions with infrastructure development, while leveraging private sector expertise to drive long-term impact and support community development priorities.”
