Carrier India Launches ALLWAYS Program for Outdoor Workers
Gurugram, September 17, 2026: Carrier India, part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), has launched the Carrier ALLWAYS Community Program, a corporate social responsibility initiative aimed at improving awareness and preparedness among frontline outdoor workers exposed to extreme weather conditions.
The pilot is being implemented in Gurugram in association with United Way Delhi, which is serving as the programme’s implementation partner. The first phase focuses on delivery riders, with approximately 5,000 to 6,000 riders active on the city’s roads each day.
As part of the pilot, Carrier is distributing 5,000 protective kits to participating workers. The kits include reusable water bottles, electrolyte sachets, wet wipes, sanitizer and other weather-appropriate protective items intended to support hydration, hygiene, comfort and well-being during extended periods outdoors.
The programme will provide workers with information on recognising early signs of heat stress and other weather-related health risks. It also focuses on preventive measures and safer practices during heat waves, heavy rainfall, cold waves and periods of poor air quality.

Carrier India said it intends to explore extending the programme to other outdoor service communities and expanding its coverage across different seasons and geographies.
The initiative forms part of Carrier India's focus on climate resilience, community welfare and healthier environments, with the Gurugram pilot providing an initial model for supporting workers who face prolonged exposure to changing weather conditions.
