ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), assessing an organisation’s ability to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements while driving process discipline, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The certification reflects Bolt.Earth’s structured approach to quality across its operations and service delivery.
According to the company, the certification covers quality controls implemented across the entire value chain, including design and development, sales and marketing, manufacturing, deployment and after-sales services. These measures are aimed at ensuring reliability, consistency and a superior customer experience as EV adoption continues to scale in India.
