New Delhi, October 07 2025: Binance Charity, the philanthropic arm of global blockchain leader Binance, has pledged $150,000 (₹1.3 crore) to support relief and recovery operations for communities affected by the recent monsoon floods across multiple Indian states.
The funds will be directed through Goonj’s Rahat Initiative, which is providing critical aid including food supplies, hygiene and dignity kits, clean water, and temporary shelter materials to displaced families. The initiative aims to help restore basic needs and dignity for those severely impacted by the floods.

The floods have severely impacted regions including Uttarakhand, Punjab, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Assam, affecting millions of lives. Over 500 people have lost their lives, while many others continue to struggle for access to food, water, hygiene products, and safe shelter.
