Nagpur, March 16, 2026: Avaada Foundation has inaugurated a Community Development Center in Tarsi village in the Butibori industrial area of Nagpur, marking a significant step in its ongoing efforts to support education, skill development and community empowerment in rural Maharashtra.
The facility was formally inaugurated by Dattatraya Meghe, MLA of Hingna, in the presence of Jay Shukla, Director of Avaada Foundation, along with community members and local stakeholders during a cultural programme organised to mark the occasion.
The newly established centre aims to serve as a hub for inclusive development in the villages of Tarsi, Dudha and Dhavalpeth. The centre will offer vocational and tailoring training programmes for rural women, helping them develop skills that support income generation and self-reliance.
In addition to skill development programmes, the centre will provide free academic support for students from Classes 1 to 10, with trained teachers conducting regular tuition classes to strengthen learning outcomes. The initiative also includes free computer education, enabling students to gain essential digital skills.
As part of the event, MLA Dattatraya Meghe also unveiled a Smart Board at the government school in Dudha village, further strengthening digital learning infrastructure in the area.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Sameer Dattatraya Meghe said, “There are many industrial units in this region that generate profits through their operations. However, the uniqueness of the Avaada Group lies in the fact that even before reaching full commercial profitability, they have demonstrated immense dedication toward the upliftment of the villagers in Dudha, Tarsi, and Dhavalpeth. For this, I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I believe that it is the responsibility of any organization to improve the living standards of the people in the area where they conduct business. Your Chairman, Mr. Vineet Mittal, understands this social responsibility very well, and I express my gratitude to the Foundation and the company for the same.”
Ritu Patwari, Director of Avaada Foundation, shared her message on the occasion, stating, “At Avaada Foundation, we believe that true progress begins at the roots. By integrating the ancient wisdom of the Panini methodology with modern digital tools like smart boards, we are bridging the gap between tradition and technology. Our mission is to empower the women and children of Tarsi, Dudha, and Dhavalpeth, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to lead a life of dignity and self-reliance.”
Beyond the new centre, the Foundation has also renovated and upgraded two government schools in the area, transforming them into model institutions. Special teachers appointed by the Foundation are introducing students to the Panini Methodology, an approach that helps learners understand the scientific structure of language while reconnecting them with linguistic roots.
The initiative has generated strong community participation, with villagers, students and local leaders attending the inauguration. Representatives from Avaada Group, including Mridul Gehlot and Sankalp Dubey, were also present at the event.
Through initiatives focused on education, digital learning and women’s livelihood training, Avaada Foundation aims to strengthen community development and create sustainable opportunities for rural families in the Butibori region.
