Hyderabad, December 24, 2025: Amara Raja Group has announced the winners of the third edition of The Amara Raja Better Way Awards, an annual initiative instituted to recognise individuals and organisations working to improve the quality of life in rural India by expanding access to sustainable opportunities.

The awards honour enterprises that demonstrate measurable social and community impact, along with their contribution to local employment generation and inclusive economic development.

The winners for this year are:

  • Anuttama Products Private Limited, which received the Award for Rural Income Generation. Founded during the pandemic in the village of Bettampady, near Puttur in Dakshina Kannada district, the company operates on a Farm-to-Bar model to produce artisanal chocolate, supporting rural livelihoods and local economic growth.
  • Ilaagri Services Private Limited, which won the Award for Best Agri-based Business. As India’s first digital marketplace for certified agri-drone services, the enterprise provides technology-driven solutions such as crop-specific, climate-smart drone precision spraying, enabling digital inclusion, improving farm productivity, and strengthening farmer collaboration.
  • Ayurarogya Saukhyam Foundation (ASF), which received the Award for Women Employment. The organisation is known for pioneering reusable menstrual pads made from banana fibre, a sustainable innovation that has contributed to livelihood opportunities for rural women.
  • Jayadev Galla, Co-founder and Chairman, Amara Raja Group, said, “Through a diverse range of solutions and products, the winners of Amara Raja Better Way awards have made tremendous impact in the communities that they work. At Amara Raja, we believe in transforming lives and livelihoods, and these businesses have done exactly that. We wish to see them grow further, building an India that holds opportunity in every corner.”

Each awardee will receive a cash prize of ₹3 lakh, along with year-long mentoring and support across finance, human resources, marketing, information technology, and supply chain functions.

The Amara Raja Better Way Awards continue to serve as a platform to spotlight scalable, grassroots innovations that contribute to sustainable rural development and inclusive growth across India.
