Advait Energy Transitions and Manipal Energy & Infratech Partner for Power and Clean Energy Projects

Ahmedabad, August 04, 2026: Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL) and Manipal Energy & Infratech Limited (MEIL), a company of The Manipal Group, have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly pursue opportunities across India's power and energy transition sector.

Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on projects in Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Green Hydrogen, Electrolyzers, High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) Conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) and advanced Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solutions.

The partnership combines Advait Energy Transitions' expertise in energy technologies and manufacturing with MEIL's experience in EPC execution and project management. The companies aim to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions for domestic and international markets while supporting the transition towards sustainable energy systems.

As part of the collaboration, Advait Energy Transitions will support MEIL in identifying and executing projects related to emerging technologies such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Green Hydrogen, electrolysers, fuel cells and Solar EPC. In return, MEIL will assist Advait in strengthening its technical qualifications, business presence and execution capabilities in areas including underground cabling, substations and transmission and distribution infrastructure.

The companies will jointly evaluate project opportunities and define their respective roles for each assignment. According to the companies, the agreement is intended to strengthen delivery capabilities, enhance technical expertise and support participation in larger infrastructure and clean energy projects across India and international markets.
