Addverb Achieves Water Positive Status with WPI of 1.51 in FY26

September 1, 2026: Addverb, a global provider of robotics and warehouse automation solutions, has reported a Water Positivity Index (WPI) of 1.51 and achieved Water Positive status at its facility during FY 2025–26, according to its latest Sustainability Report.

The company also reported a 30% reduction in overall water consumption through system optimisation despite an increase in its workforce. During the year, Addverb reviewed legal compliance requirements covering water abstraction, use, recycling and discharge, with no major non-compliance identified during the verification period.

As part of its water management measures, Addverb harvested 18,573 kilolitres (KL) of rainwater at its Bot Valley and Bot Verse facilities. The company also reduced its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions intensity by 72.78% during FY26.

Progress on Energy and Emissions

Addverb’s sustainability report also highlights progress in renewable energy use and emissions reduction. Solar installations at Bot Valley and Bot Verse generated an average of 1,606 kWh of clean energy per day during the year.

Renewable sources accounted for 11.57% of the company’s total energy demand, helping mitigate 416.33 tCO₂e of emissions in FY 2025–26.

The company reported a 22.01% reduction in Scope 1 GHG emissions and a 28.84% reduction in Scope 3 emissions during the year.

Supply Chain and Governance

Addverb said it also continued efforts to strengthen the natural ecosystem around its operations. More than 5,000 trees across 25 native flora species support over 30 native wildlife species around its facilities.

During FY26, 19% of supplier evaluations incorporated environmental and social performance parameters. The company also formalised a comprehensive Risk Management Policy covering strategic, operational and sustainability-related risks.
