Mumbai, Mar 27, 2025: As India gears up for an intense summer, Zepto and Fast&Up have joined forces to support those who keep the quick-commerce engine running — Zepto’s delivery partners, packers, pickers, and store staff. Through this initiative, Fast&Up will distribute lakhs of hydration supplement packets across Zepto stores in more than 80 cities, benefiting over 1,00,000 frontline workers who brave the heat to deliver essentials within minutes.
With rising temperatures predicted across the country, hydration and well-being become a critical focus. On average, a Zepto delivery partner spends 5-7 minutes per run, navigating short, pre-mapped residential routes to fulfill the 10-minute delivery promise. While each Zepto store provides a dedicated resting area with access to drinking water, refreshments, and clean washrooms, the nature of their work requires frequent outdoor exposure. This collaboration marks a first-of-its-kind effort where brands listing on Zepto’s platform contribute directly to the well-being of delivery and store personnel, with Fast&Up leading the way.

As part of this drive, selected Zepto delivery partners also had the opportunity to meet Bollywood star, Investor and Brand Ambassador of Fast&Up Varun Dhawan, who joined the distribution efforts in Mumbai, interacting with riders and acknowledging their relentless commitment to quick commerce.
