New Delhi, April 25, 2026: Wholsum Foods, the company behind brands Slurrp Farm and Mille, has received the globally recognised B Corp™ certification from B Lab, becoming one of only three food companies in India to achieve this milestone.

The B Corp certification recognises companies that meet verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. The assessment covers multiple areas including governance, employee welfare, community impact, environmental practices, and customer responsibility.

With this recognition, Wholsum Foods joins a global network of over 10,000 certified B Corporations. The certification reflects the company’s focus on building a purpose-driven business model within the food sector.

“Wholsum Foods exists to change the way the world eats. B Corp certification gives us an external, verified framework to hold ourselves to that mission. Business has extraordinary power to do good. This certification is proof that we’ve chosen to use that power with care, across everything we do, from sourcing to governance,” said Meghana Narayan and Shauravi Malik, Co-founders, Wholsum Foods.

Founded with a focus on nutrition-led food products, the company operates two key brands. Slurrp Farm, launched in 2016, offers millet-based food products for children, while Mille focuses on adult nutrition with everyday foods and allergen-free protein solutions.

The certification highlights Wholsum Foods’ approach to integrating sustainability and responsibility across its operations, from sourcing ingredients to product development and governance.

The development also reflects a growing trend of Indian companies aligning with global sustainability frameworks and accountability standards, particularly in the food and nutrition sector.
