Bengaluru, August 08, 2025: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) unveiled its CSR Report for FY 2024–25, detailing the company’s continued efforts towards sustainable and inclusive community development across India. The report, released on August 5, was formally launched by environmentalist and filmmaker Mr. Suresh Heblikar in the presence of senior TKM officials.

The report reveals that as of March 31, 2025, TKM’s community development initiatives have positively impacted over 42.46 lakh individuals across multiple domains including education, health, environment, skill development, road safety, and disaster management.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Heblikar said, “TKM’s approach is a powerful example of industry’s role in shaping an equitable and empowered society. Their efforts in skilling youth, supporting education, enhancing public health, and promoting road safety strongly complement our national missions such as Viksit Bharat 2047 and Skill India. Additionally, activities promoting rural ecosystems such as planting of trees which help in regulating climate change is commendable.”

Mr. Sudeep Dalvi, Chief Communication Officer, Senior Vice President and Head of State Affairs at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, remarked, “Our commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth goes beyond business. Through our community-centric CSR initiatives, we strive to create long-term value by addressing real on-ground needs and empowering individuals with the tools to thrive. TKM’s skill development interventions trained over 3,200 students through its Centres of Excellence, the Toyota Technical Training Institute, and India’s first Mobility Engineering Lab at IISc Bangalore. The Toyota Technical Education Program was extended to Bareilly and Aizawl to expand reach.

Road safety education reached over 79,000 students through the Toyota Safety Education Program (TSEP), while 13,300 youth participated in the Toyota Hackathon. TKM also worked with Mizoram authorities to deliver road safety awareness programs.
