New Delhi, February 17, 2026: TK Elevator has partnered with Make A Difference (MAD) to strengthen access to education, mentorship, and life skills development for underprivileged children and youth across India. The initiative supported 289 children and young adults over the past year, spanning seven cities—Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Goa, and Bengaluru.
The programme focused on providing foundational guidance and academic assistance to 255 children living in shelter homes and orphanages. In addition, 34 young adults received structured aftercare support to help them transition smoothly from institutional care to independent living.
The initiative aims to equip participants with essential life skills, improve educational outcomes, and build self-confidence. By combining mentorship with targeted educational support, the programme seeks to foster resilience and aspiration among children and youth who may otherwise face limited access to structured developmental opportunities.
“At TK Elevator, we are deeply committed to the local markets and communities we serve across India. Progress, for us, is about uplifting young lives, nurturing futures, and creating meaningful change that strengthens the society as a whole,” said Manish Mehan, CEO & MD, TK Elevator India”.
Delivered in partnership with Make A Difference (MAD), a non-profit organisation working with children in shelter homes across the country, the initiative reflects a collaborative approach to strengthening community support systems. MAD has been working to provide long-term educational and emotional support to children in care institutions, helping them build pathways to sustainable futures.
Over the past year, the programme has integrated academic support, mentorship engagement, and structured aftercare interventions. These efforts are designed to ensure continuity in learning and equip young individuals with the tools required to navigate education, employment, and independent living.
The initiative forms part of TK Elevator’s broader focus on community engagement and responsible business practices, reinforcing its commitment to investing in people and enabling long-term social impact.
