Standard Chartered Extends INR 540 Crore Sustainability-Linked Trade Facility to Indorama India

New Delhi, May 07, 2026: Standard Chartered has extended a Sustainability-Linked Trade Facility (SLTF) of INR 540 crore to Indorama India Private Limited, aimed at supporting the company’s sustainability objectives.

The facility is structured as a sustainability-linked trade and working capital arrangement, tied to clearly defined sustainability performance targets (SPTs) aligned with Indorama’s ESG framework. The financing terms are linked to the achievement of these targets, enabling the integration of sustainability considerations into the company’s financing activities.

The move is expected to support Indorama India in strengthening its liquidity position while advancing its sustainability agenda through measurable outcomes.
