Routematic and Infosys Launch Pune’s First 100% Diesel and Petrol-Free Corporate Fleet

Pune, 29 July 2025: Routematic, a leading AI-powered corporate mobility platform, has launched Pune’s first fully diesel- and petrol-free transport fleet in collaboration with Infosys. The initiative includes four- and six-seater vehicles that run entirely on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Electric Vehicles (EVs), setting a new sustainability benchmark for enterprise mobility in the city.

This move positions Routematic as the only corporate transport provider in Pune to operate without using any diesel or petrol. The initiative addresses the pressing issues of urban congestion and vehicular emissions, aligning with India’s long-term climate goals.

According to the World Air Quality Report 2024 by IQAir, 13 of the world’s 20 most polluted cities are in India, while Pune was listed among the top five most congested cities globally by the TomTom Traffic Index 2024.

Routematic’s shared mobility model not only reduces carbon emissions but also aims to improve commute efficiency for thousands of corporate employees. The transition aligns with India’s 2070 net-zero goals and showcases how technology-driven transport can support sustainable business operations at scale.
