Under its employee development program, ‘Saksham’, MIAL provided over 60,000 manhours of training, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and leadership.
Innovation and Passenger Experience
CSMIA leads the country with 147 e-gates and 30% Digi Yatra adoption, facilitating faster, paperless travel. Accessibility measures such as sign language training, tactile flooring, wheelchair assistance, and sanitary pad dispensers in all women’s restrooms highlight CSMIA’s inclusive approach.
The sustainability report also showcases CSMIA’s upgraded Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) for real-time monitoring, enhancing resilience and operational efficiency.
According to the report, MIAL’s initiatives are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, reflecting a holistic approach to sustainability that integrates environmental stewardship with passenger experience and community welfare.
